SERVICES APPLICATIONS MEDIA SUCCESS STORIES eLEARNING    Forward WI Promote Wisconsin as a location of choice for businesses. An additional challenge: the tool had to communicate key benefits to both English- and non-English speaking audiences. MPI integrated multiple media elements from resources throughout the state to create a DVD that positions Wisconsin as a dynamic business partner.
